I am one of the persons discussed in the above defamatory post.
We dispute these false statements by Michael and Marina Mizrachi, and we have engaged counsel to pursue our claims for defamation and fraud against Michael Bensimon Mizrachi and Marina Kusheva Mizrachi , et al.
The case is filed at Los Angeles Superior Court, Case No. 20STCV31839, and we are prosecuting Michael Bensimon Mizrachi and Marina Kusheva Mizrachi, et al. as we speak.

My name is Marina Mizrachi. Sardor Azimovich Abdullaev the guy who posted this bs is the biggest criminal who tried stealing Michael's company and writing fake investment proposals. He is an idiot and has no clue what he is talking about. Sardor is a muscle head with mental issues. Everyone who knows him, knows he talks to much and has caused harm to many people. From what i heard, he costs his family millions in damages.
His family was connected to so much criminal activity in Kazakhstan, that they even had there first factory burned down. Do not believe a word he says. I am actually in shock that he was able to figure out how to post this report or even have the gutz to say the things he said! I have no connection to him as i barley knew his wife. I was Michael's ex-spouse and we have been divorced for over 3 years. I have no affiliation to Weedmayhem or any of his past businesses. I am in the fitness industry.
I have no connection to Sardor, nor did I even really ever talk to him except on occasion for a minute or two when he was hanging out with Michael. How dare he slander my name as i have nothing to do with any of this. Weedmayhem is a legit company. Sardor is a criminal and so is his wife negora. They conned people out of millions of dollars. His wife Negora aka "nikka" asked me to put a property in my name and to pay me when i first met her because she said couldn't put in her name or their families name for god knows what ever reason. (By the way she is also running a nice cover, selling BS children books on Amazon)
They are big criminals and connected to many Russian criminals. $500K in damages???? LOL. The guy is a retard and if anything caused the company to almost go down. In-fact. Millions of dollars in damages easy and almost impossible to recover from. Pleaseeeeee show us how you suffered $500K in damages you dumb lying scumbag criminal. Just wait, we are going to becoming after Sardor with legal actions and I will be reporting him and his whole family to the authorities.
Sardor had a real jealousy issue with Michael. More so an infatuation, obsession with Michael. He tried to be like him, act like him, dress like him, even talk like him. When Michael found out Sardor was a criminal and a scammer, he wanted nothing to do with him. He tried several times to get him away, but he kept coming around and getting involved in things when he was asked not too. Everyone knew this, even his own wife. They cannot deny it. He wanted to be stuck to Michael 24/7.
When Sardor understood Michael didnt want nothing to do with him, he started making threats and trying to sabotage the company. He even brought in some Russian scumbag criminal named Ilgar Haciyev who is currently wanted by authorities in 4 different countries. Hes wanted for criminal activity. He tried to scam and extort Michael to sell the company assets and even steal valuable IP. The story goes on and on. Sardor and his associates are the real criminals here!
