Anyone can look up Michael Berger's criminal history using vinelink.com, http://justiceweb.co.brazos.tx.us/,and the Victoria County Sherriff Department website click on inmates. Most district clerks offices are online and if not google and call the counties you are interested in and ask if they have any ongoing cases or trial dates for Michael Berger. The information is free. Most counties are helpful especially if you have information for them. Also if you google" "taxable entity search" there is a link to the Texas state comptrollers website. If someone has a business and is collecting income for services from that business it has to be registered with the state. If it is not then I would not hire them too do anything. Some people are under the impression that businesses are not on that website if there "taxes" are not due. Don't believe them! It will tell you if a business is in good standing or not. Police beats in local newspapers and local newspapers are also a good source for criminal activity for an individual but not all are online or free. Probation departments also have to tell you if you want to know if someone is on probation. They will not tell you what they are on probation for.

Here are some facts on Michael Berger and Josette Cook situation regarding business ownership and his recent arrests. Michael Berger does own Coastal Metal Buildings LLC. Josette Cook has a DBA for Coastal Buildings. However according to Mr. Berger he owns both. A taxable entity search through the state comptroller's office only shows his businesses, Coastal Metal Buildings LLC, Tri-berg Enterprises and some other failed business. Josette Cook has failed to register her business with the state but is conducting business under Coastal Buildings. Michael Berger does the work for all the businesses. Michael Berger and Josette Cook live together and are a couple. She thinks that since she states she is a "married woman" (to someone else) that she is not responsible for his actions but she willing endangers her family by being involved with him. He has been arrested many times and is currently on probation out of Victoria county for theft by check charges. He was recently arrested on October 17, 2012 for theft by check charges and child support issues. He was also arrested September 4, 2012 according to Vinelink Texas. The September arrest was for theft by check charges out of Uvalde. He has a November 19, 2012 court date in Uvalde if his mother hasn't taken care of those charges or a plea agreement hasn't been reached or the court date changed. These are the most recent that I can find. However I do know that he was also arrested April 26, 2012 in Bryan Tx on theft by check charges and April 30, 2012 in Victoria Tx for child support issues and theft by check charges. Anyway you look at these companies and Michael Berger they are bad news. As for Josette Cook she is just STUPID to be associated in any way with him. Guilt by association is real and if she is as smart as she says and thinks she is she would take out the trash!

First and foremost you really need to get your facts straight before you start to Slander someone's name! I guess you can not read!  Michael Berger OWNS Coastal Metal Buildings/ Soley! Look on the State Website the company is a LLC. Do you know what LLC means?  Mrs. Cook if you go to the county website Owns Coastal Buildings a DBA do you know what this means?. I take it you truly do not know how to access the goverments websites, before you run your mouth on the internet get the facts Straight! How did Mr. Berger cash checks if they where wrote with the company name on the checks? If in fact Mr. Berger stole material why are you not in court? Why have you not done anything beside hide behide a computer with a false name and location? If you Claim facts give your real name and location and GO TO Court! It is my blief you hide under this false name because you have not checked your facts as to the ownership of the companies and cant not prove anything. This site is your means to slander someone reputation in the business world. MAN UP GROW A SET and lets see the truth! Also as to the other information you stated below as to arrest you need to also learn to read a arrest report!
