Complaint Review: Michael Bulmer

Mike Bulmer loves to play up that he's "Italian". Only, he's really not-- he was born on a US military base in Italy, to American parents who don't have a drop of Italian in them. He doesn't have Italian citizenship. However, that's the least serious of his lies.

Mike has an outstanding warrant for a DUI in Kentucky (Lexington area) that he never addressed. He told friends that the paperwork for the arrest was lost and he got off without charges, but in reality he fled to Oklahoma and never appeared in court. You'd think he'd stop his fixation with the bottle after this, but no such luck. Mike's natural teeth were rotted years ago from meth. He's gotten some false teeth that look decent, but he still tweaks when he gets the chance.

Mike has a daughter he never sees and never pays support on. He originally fled to Kentucky to escape his responsibilities as a daddy, but the DUI in Kentucky sent him back.  He was a proud papa for the first month of the kid's life-- until the
child support bill came due. Then he told people there was a DNA test that proved he wasn't the father. This seemed off, since the kid was his spitting image. Several months later, when suspicious people asked where he had the DNA test done, he was caught in that lie. Mike works with a company called Northeast Oklahoma Underwater Recovery. He's able to find and recover small items from muddy lakes, but he can't seem to find his own checkbook to pay his child support! Mike says he's allergic
to pot, but he's not. He smokes it when he gets the chance.

Mike is a skilled manipulator. When a woman dumps him for the above behavior, he literally cries to his female friends about it. The female friends turn on the woman who dumped him, while Mike sits back and enjoys the fireworks.
