Michael Cruz Jr and Miguel Cruz Sr. ripped us off for almost $550.00 for pool cleaning service. We sued him and his father and won. We have received only a couple $30/60 payments after dozens of calls wasting our time collecting money we ALREADY EARNED! We have filed liens on both his house and his fathers house across the street. Michael said he would pay us in full after we sued him, this was in 2013, still waiting!
Almost 5 years of interest compounded, lien fees, abstract fees, notary fees we are owed the balance will be pushing $1,000.00 soon. We drove by (((REDACTED))), Anaheim and (((REDACTED)))Anaheim once and he was having tile work performed at his house... so you can have tile work done but you cannot pay for your pool service and court judgment!???? We would never work for these people again
