I found this law firm extremely careless, it seems like Lawyers in Florida have no idea on customer care.
1. Missed Call Appointment,
2. Rude assistant and argumentative.
3. Call to Senior partner interjected and refused to be put through without reason or listening to the problem
4. When trying to describe the problem, rude response - SHOCKING.
5. Phone HUNG UP
i WAS LEFT dumbstruck and shocked at how careless this law firm is.
