This company hires sales people under false pretenses. Lies to them and then writes rubber paychecks to them. I worked for this company for two weeks and 4 other employees plus myself were paid with payroll checks that could not be cashed. When I called the sales supervisor John Servidio to discuss , he told me to contact the accounting department to discuss my renumeration. They have yet to replace this rubber check or compensate for the bank charges to my account.
What a racket!! This Michael Holleran who is the CEO has his team hire sales people so he can bring in money to fill his pocket and then does not pay them for the work they have performed. I am certain his managment is paid well and when they should be, in order to keep them loyal to doing his dirty work.
I have since filed a dispute with the Labor Board and was told that there were other disputes against Michael Holleran and Direct Contact Media for rubber payroll checks and hiring employees only to not schedule them for weeks at a time as they do not have the money to pay their employees.
If you are thinking of working for this company which also goes under the name NSBA, be warned. You will not get promised hours and you may not get a paycheck that has any money behind it!
