Complaint Review: Michael j auto sales

 My girlfriend and i purchased a volkwagon beetle about a month ago. We waited three weeks for this car after she purchased it with her tax money. We always ended up calling them or going down to the shop to see how the car was going. The website was completely misleading. The ad for the car never mentioned a single problem. It even went as far as saying "looks and runs great". After three weeks of waiting and driving almost an hour about everyday to check on it, they finally told us that it couldnt be fixed. Rather than michael j offering her the money back he told her that she could choose another car instead. After she chose another car, it too had problems that were never mentioned. We were even told by one of his employees that the car was in excellent condition. The car had a transmission leak. My girlfriend asked the owner for the money back and said no. We DO NOT trust this car. The owner doesnt even sign the contracts. His employees forge his name on legal documents. The owner is a terrible person. He is rude to customers and ignores their wishes. The contract itself even states that the deal isnt closed until the car is driven from the lot. We havent even had a chance to test drive either car. We just really want the money back. We dont know what to do. The car is still at the shop because neither one of us want it. He lies too much and neither one of us has any faith in anything that he has to say. We have personally witnessed him using foul language in front of customers. Michael j ignores calls from customers. He also didnt have the title for the car that we purchased. Either one of them actually. We just want the money back in full. We will never do business with Michael j Weinle ever again.
