Michael J. Scott brought suit aginst me in Polk County Texas, using orchestrated documents, wrong, dates, fabricated signatures and more. It took his Attorney about 15 minutes to lay out his case fort eh Judge. It took me 30 seconds to ask the Judge to dismiss the case on the grounds of perjury and fraud, showed proof and I was awarded a WIN! The Attorney was told to get his facts straight before filing. As I left I heard them laughing and the Judge saying to the Attorney, "He got you on that one". The Judge laughed and said, "Have a nice day Mr. Mays". When the Judge asked the attorney if he ahd anyhting else to say, he says, "No your honor, I don't know what to say"... I tried tog e tehm to back off, they didn't and if you need help with your case let me know. I don't bark in a dog fight, I bite!

What To Look For If Being Sued

Ask for a copy of the origional contract supposed to be signed by "you", and check the dates on all forms to make sure it is the "original" contract, not the ones they copy and make up saying you did. See if he is suing you as an individual or a company, and then look at the lawsuit to see what he put there. In Texas if the debt is over 4 years he cannot sue you. Check dates, times, signatures, everything, every detail, he and his staff make up documents and did forge my signature on them. The contract he supplied to the Court had recent dates on the bottom of the pages so it could not have been signed by me when he so stated. He filed his petition to the Court stating he was suing me as a company but the contract he supplied said clearly, it was an individual personal credit account, not  a company account. DO NOT be afraid of these scum bags, they are people trying to rip you off. The Judge is a person as well, he is not going to jail you. Speak your mind.
