Complaint Review: Michael Joel Zwebner - ZAREK UNIVERSAL COMMUNICATION SYSTEMS INC.

Looks like jail time for Michael Joel Zwebner and his buddies, Mark Tolner, Alec Defrawy and Joe Gomez. The screwers are about to become the screwees. As an employee, I know that there are several lawsuits, which are about to be filed. One should know that this is how these people do business. You must know they realize that the Feds are about to close in when they go crazy suing everyone.

Zwebner is sue-happy. He sues everyone, usually to divert attention from his own nefarious activities. He is about to go to jail because he forged his Form 10 SEC filing so he could get contracts and support his suit against Corporate Stock Transfer Inc. of Colorado. He was getting blitzed in business because people were seeing the negative stuff about him on the Internet, this site included. He knew he was screwed so he sued his stock transfer agent to make it look like it is their fault that he has been involved in shady stock transfers.

Poor Ed Weiss, it appears, will finally have justice. He lost everything to help out this evil man, who uses his polio to his advantage, every chance he gets. You can bet when his court date comes up, he will use his disability as an excuse to postpone hearings. He has done so in the past.

Meanwhile, Zwebner's publicly traded company, YAK Communications (YAKC) is in the tank and someone should watch what happened to his company around February of this year. His stock nearly doubled in value from January to February and then there was a lot of activity. Just a hint, someone needs to see where the trading was; who received it and who sold it. There should be others going to jail. Martha Stewart needs a boy toy.

Not even Zwebner's political contact, the President of Israel, Moshe Katzav can rescue his financially dying a*s anymore. Moshe did his best dog and pony show to raise money in the form of business about the time his stock started soaring. Any connection? Brighter minds than mine need to decide that one. However, Katzav needs to explain how much money he got for being Zwebner's front man. Rumor is that Zwebner was made an honorary member of Mossad, (or maybe the rumor was that he actually is Mossad, I can't remember.)

Zwebner has the Midas touch of corruption. Seems everyone who associates with him turns up dirty from his now disreputable attorney Mark Van Waggoner, who has resorted to blackmail. Zwebner has even sullied the reputation of mob boss Sonny Franzese, who is currently incarcerated. If you can imagine THAT. Now it is often remarked about his daughter, GIA, Hey, I wouldn't f her with Zwebner's polio d***! Forget about it!

Now you may be wondering what this has to do with Tolner and Defrawy. I used to see a lot more on this site about Tolner, but it seems to have vanished. Some of my friends and I were responsible for attacking this site and making things go away. We were pretty successful as you can see. Well, they screwed the wrong guys. We are going to see them swing and Zwebner built the gallows upon which they will perch.

About the time Van Waggoner got caught in blackmail, he also received $50k and a ton of now-worthless Options Talent stock from none other than MARK TOLNER. Why do you suppose that is? Good Will? (No attorney is ever on the either end of good will.) If you enter the halls of Fashion Rock today, the only familiar faces you would see besides Tolner would be Steve Adams in IT, Dave Miller, the Bulgarian Mafia (Svet & Obry), Erin Cameron and if you look real fast Dave the Dragon Elliott. (Even Terri and Barc are scarcely seen.) That is no coincidence. The FATMAN is just a titular head (and get a load of those titulars)! Tolner and Zwebner are still joined at the hip.

The anniversary of the loss of TCT just passed. Many of us are saddened over the loss of something that we put our heart and soul into, but now that it is gone we don't miss the crisis du jour (not sure what that was, but we had it every day), or jumping through our kiesters to meet with Alec every time there was another revelation about the corruption in the company in ripoffreport or transconscam or whatever 2-bit local station tried to catch a glimpse of one of us. If we ever had ambitions of being James Bond, we certainly had the requisite p***y around, and the tension, its just the realization that we were working for SMERSH that pissed everyone off.

The real ripoff is that we lost our energy to a dream which got eaten up by greed which was designed by Tolner, Zwebner, Defrawy, and Elliott. Those who got caught up in the MSA octopus, lost their nuts. Those who stayed on for HireBug are totally nuts.

Methods of operating are consistent throughout the organization. Zwebner taught forgery to Cort Randell, who has been using it ever since although he is too stupid to do it well. At least Zwebner got away with it in England when he forged his wife's name during the divorce. Alec developed a variation on the theme, get some dumb schmuck to forge it for you, with the initials of JOE GOMEZ.

Talk about a vast right-wing conspiracy, these businessmen, who are totally connected politically literally get away with murder for the right numbers in the form of a donation. Bush taps Crist as the Attorney General, with the wink and a nod for the next governorship. Fire the effective democrats from government and bribe the town councils to role over. Hell, even Buddy Dyer looks more like a Republican every day. In Orlando (and Winter Garden) they say that a Republican is nothing more than a Democrat who has been bribed to vote the other side.

Despite all this s**t to top it off with a cherry, Kosher Zwebner eats cheeseburgers! Hey but he can't help it it's his own cheese -- for CHRISSAKES!
