This man lied to us from the beginning of the whole loan process. The numbers constantly changed. He said we had a locked rate and it wasn't locked it went up almost 1 pt and the closing costs where not even close to what he stated to me and my husband. I thought I was over reacting on the inside about his behavior around my husband but now since I have seen these reports it's explains everything (((REDACTED))) but his complete lack of professionalism and character I would never do business with him or any company that he is associated with. He is a liar and has no ethics.

I have been both an owner and senior Manager of a few compannies in my past.  Most of my business history involved having to make tough decisions sometimes with employees.  Given the extreme ridiculous nature of this email, it's really hard to respond to.  First of all, I am NOT gay.  Second, I an NOT married, but one day wish to be again.  This personal aspect of the email make it very clear it is not a borrower, but a former employee who I terminated for cause.

So, to debate the other aspects of the complaint is ridiculous, but suffice it to say, it's illegal to discolse a loan one way, then increase cost or fees at the end without first having a clear and valid reason for doing so, then it must be disclosed 3 business days prior to closing.  ALL loans are done this way.  Unfortunately, most won't read this reply, but WILL read the complaint as it comes up on Google.  I would sue the complaintant for defamation, but they didn't reveal who they are and Rippoff report won't tell me.  Strange and helpless, but I just have to deal with this.
