Complaint Review: Michael Kors

Michael Kors I work full time, i have a 9 month old baby, i am a single mother. I had a little extra money and wanted to treat myself to a new purse. Everything has been a lie!!! I am down $115 now!! I have emailed you multiple times and have gotten no response. I recieved tracking information by email, bu they were unable to find my item. The shipping method you givve on your site is different than the one i was supplied with via email. I have been stressing out over this, and feeling like an awful parent for trying to do something nice for myself. I am already clinically depressed, but now i just "threw away" $115 dollars!! How can a company, or a person, or ANYONE do this to someone. It is wrong and you will PAY!!! China Internet

I am a single mother, working full time, going back to school. I never online shop, let alone shop for myself. I had a little extra money a couple weeks ago, so last week i decided to buy a new purse for myself. I had loved the Micheael Kors purse a girl I work with had, and i found one, at an outlet store online for pretty cheap.

Wednesday July 26th, i found the perfect purse online, from http://mkbagen.com/. I recieved confirmation that my order had placed and recieved an email from servicer365@hotmail.com about my password for the sight so i could track my package etc. That was the first red flag.

There is no phone number to contact this compalny. The "owners" and CEO are also owner or managers of "Tradesy" online. I am not sure if it is affiliated or they copied it, but the "quotes" and such on the sites are the exact same as well. NO one has responded to my emails. I have gotten an email to track my package and since then, the package tracking number is unknown. The shipping method the site specified is different than the one the email came from, which was support@shoppingcustomer.com. When clicking on the link in the email to "track my order" it takes me to http://www.17track.net/en. I just dont know.

I am an angry, busy, sad, mommy. I  want the best for my son, but just wanted something nice for myself for once. Now  all i have is more stress, and more sadness because i spend $115 and nothing to show for itl
