Same issue as previous complaint. Said floor could be floated and then started separating. Would not return service call messages. Finally posed as new customer and he called right back. Hung up on me when I started talking about my issue. Lodged complaint with Contractors Board (turns out he wasn't licenced to install) His rebuttal stated he never offered installation services...my contract with him says otherwise. Contractors board fined him. Basically, this guy is a crook and a liar. Multiple different websites to hide the shadiness. The only thing the same is the phone numbers: 626-731-8161 Office
