Complaint Review: Michael Le Aka Mike Gilles Aka Michael Gilles-le Aka 3d Concept Entertainment Llc

Mike Le contracted our company to produce 32,000 US Dollars worth of posters. His initial deposit bounced, but due to the time frame we proceeded to print, reasoning that he would have to pay before we shipped. After lying to us on about a dozen occasions that the money was sent or would be sent the same day, we did further research, learning the following:

Mike Le aka Mike Gilles aka Mike Lee aka Mike Gilles-Le dba 3d Concept Entertainment LLC is a serial event con-man. He takes money from ticket holders and sponsors, skips the bill on his financial commitments, 'postpones' or outright cancels the shows, or holds the shows in part not living up to most commitments and walks.

Besides 12 or so scheduled dates on the 'High Speed tour', Mike promoted the debunked "Street Lethal Auto Salon" tour in 2004 which also was completely fraudulent.

For High Speed Tour, he managed to rope in the confidence of Dennis Publications (Maxim, Stuff, Blender) and a listed company called American IDC and its Subsidiary Smart SMS, to run a mobile premium SMS scam to 'Win a Lamborghini.'

Corroborating stories have been received from models, designers, show sponsors, ticketbuyers, entertainers, exhibition centers and others.

In addition, we have a report from an individual who claims to have bought a car from Mr Le, paying in advance only to never receive the car.

Reports and evidence have been given to the FBI and US Attorney's office, and investigations underway as of Sep., 2005
