and the IRS can take care of itself. Boy, can it ever. Remember, the IRS got Al Capone when the police could not.
The IRS has been likened to having the powers of the old Gestapo. They will arrange all-expenses-paid vacations at Club Fed.
You can always tip the IRS off, but they will then want to be sure that you are "clean" ....... and there would be no "going back" once you tip them off. You might even collect a 10% bounty on the collected taxes....
