State farm had their own lawyer (Michale R. McReynolds - Dallas TX. )sue me because of an accident. I was not involved in the accident. I did not own the truck (a bank handled the transaction) but he sued me anyways. I have been in contact with this deadbeat attorney for 2 years and he knows that this was not my truck at the time of the wreck but he still filed against me. Now my drivers licence is suspended for an accident I was not involved in by a truck I did not own. I am a truck driver and now cannot WORK OR put food on the table.
Michael McReynolds is one of those attorneys everyone tells jokes about. He is a crook and should be in jail for what he has done to an innocent person !!!!!

There will be some very tough times ahead, no matter how sad or suicidal this man gets you in life just remember someone does love you, this is embarrousing in America. There is nothing left but for them to have the ability to lock us all up, with laws like this they are increasing the crime rate. All this is about is money don't take it personal nor to serious, drive on and stay positive NEVER let them steal your smile or your personal pride for your country!  :-) I have nothing and still smiling that is why this Law Firm NEVER had any victory over me! Smile have some fun, enjoy your life and country reguardless...

You used a very interesting phrase.

I did not own the truck (a bank handled the transaction)

- What in the world does that mean?  Because if you mean the bank financed you. They may have the title but you are still going to be the registered owner.

What is the details of this accident that you were sued for?
