Michael M. Sattari, age 64, of 6533 White Swan Circle in Las Vegas, Nevada will be successfully sued in early 2008 in Clark County Small Claims Court for my, Sarah Polanco's $1000 security deposit. Prospective tenants be warned that he's a bad landlord: he frequently came over unannounced, demanded the rent early once, didn't accept my written Notice of Intent of Vacate, and left the request of "please leave all the utilities on until I get new tenants" on my answering machine. Michael Sattari do the world a favor and move back to Iran!

The third and final scheduled court hearing is September 16, 2008 at 12:55 PM, one year after my husband and I moved from Sattari's rental house. To process serve this evasive creep, have the process server mention one of his other district court cases found at www.accessclarkcounty.com

Michael Sattari hid in his house over twenty times from a process server and even a constable failed to serve him. He'll be served by publication and I look forward to the third and last court appointment regarding his theft of my security deposit. It's been an eight month wait so far, with at least two more months to go. Don't rent from Michael M. Sattari.
