Complaint Review: Michael McCarthy non stop security

My name is Marcel Robinson, I had been waiting on my guard card in the mail since August and when I called BSIS they told me that they had never recieved my paperwork or the $50 fee. I tried to called you to resolve this matter but found that your number was out of service. I am not here to accuse you of anything, I just want to matter resolved and get what I had paid for already.

There is no posing of anything I am the Operation Manager of Non Stop Security Services. And not sure how you got scammed out of personal information. You filled out an application with our company by law I have to keep your information for two years in our system. You asked me to delete it but I cannot this is due to law of the and this is what the law states-
