Complaint Review: Michael McDowell US Surveys Inc

I received an email for a job from Maricela Herminia, email: rydyfeeb8205@hotmail.com regarding a part-time position as a Secret shopper and to respond back for more information.

Then I responded and received an email from Michael McDowell, US Surveys Inc,  asking me to send my information in the form of-  Full Name: Address: City/State/Zip: Phone Number: Age: Occupation:  It was a .pdf file that looked typed, without any legitimate letter head or anything.  

I was skeptical of the email name and not enough information, so i Googled Michael McDowell and the Rip off reports appeared.  I emailed him back the Link to the full report and not to send out anymore scams!
