Complaint Review: Michael Mell

 I don't understand why someone would do this but I got an email that was almost word-for-word the same as received by dozens of others nationwide. Said I was a good fit for a Benefit Manager position in a location about 90 minutes away from where I currently live, and that the starting salary was $60,000. The firm name was not the same as the return email, although I didn'T notice that until later. I looked up the firm name online, and decided that JM Firm was the same as JSM Search, which is a recruiting agency. Interestingly, Michael Mell's name was not in the list of employees. I checked further. He has a LinkedIn profile, which I didn't access. I instead keyed in on dozens of sites reporting that he'd sent the same email all over the country with the same wording, just different areas he was supposedly recruiting in. Why would someone do that to someone already down from being unemployed? After reading several reports, I wrote back, told him I was no longer interested in talking to him and instructing him not to contact me in any way.
