Mike has failed to defend himself in Brampton Small Claims court regarding the mortgage fraud on BB. He didnt show cause he knew the judge would probably throw him in the slammer IMMEDIATELY!
So now Mike owes BB a minimum of $25 000. I believe the judge ruled $37k in total.

Oh!. I forgot to mention that filed a false affidavit on his ex-wife in Family court, cause he knows that he is gonna loose there as well.

these allegations are untrue, im not lying , im notliving on welfare, and regarding personal affairs, their private, and regarding his partner who is police officer who hides behind this individual who uses abbreviations for this name, mike veale threats and extorts money on the side, lends money with hidden clauses outside the contract of 5 k additional monthly and threatens to collect as police were informed of 600 texts of criminal rate behond the contract if signed, and judge denied mike veale out of milton ontario summary judgment due to criminal rate and activity , i have not posted pictures of him or his partner and their lending thug ways, as unlike him i go by the law, when you lend and borrow, and honour my word.but shortley sights will go up about them and their lending practices,do not borrow or recieve money from mike veale out of milton, ontario, and one whoowes him money and is going through this contact me at mercadantefightsback@gmail.com and i will assist for free.

Mike Mercadante is living a lie, living on well fare??, living in Niagara, to hide from all the people he owes money to. He has claimed bankruptcy 2 times. He has has his drivers licence and passport taken away by the Family courts. He owes the Family Responsibilties unit of Ontario over 22k,
Criminal matters : Peel police file #PR09-157237, Haltonpolice file #10-161374.
My Partner isthe police office that was ripped offby Mike Mercadante. My partner has commenced both acivil and criminal action......and I have done the same.
Mike is correct, the Niagara police contacted me. The office was quite upsetwhenhe found out that Mike used him. Once the office checked my story.......I never heard from him again! BUT NICE TRY MIKE.If you want this stuff removed......just pay me the money that you owe me!!No lawyer has EVER contacted me or my lawyer regarding my RIPOFF REPORT. Mike cant afford a lawyer.

These allegations and accqusationsare untrue and incorrect,the individual who is doing this has been warned by niagara regional policeto stop the harrissment, and a report has been filed against this author and his partner with niagara regional police, and he has been told not to have any communication with me, also i have never been convicted or charged of any crime in my life, lawyers have also contacted him to warn him to remove all content from the enternet , also this matter is personal matter, which this individual is out of control, if in doubt you can contact police department to verify , what im saying is true with niagara regional police.
and my apologies to who ever has been affected by this, this matter will be resolved shortley.
