These people are professional transient thieves. Age 33 and 24. This is being reported again, to put single names on the title. They
move from shelter to shelter, also seeking housing and apartments to move in with other people with. Once there, after staking everything out. they will lift your hunting gear, guns, etc. They claim originally from Pensylvania, and many other likely fables such as both thier parents died, etc.
If they work on your computer, you may get a virus, and your computer records will be at risk. The amount of goods lifted are felony class. Cameras, and other goods. They also lift docuements useful for ID theft and other business records. DO NOT let them work on your computer, they are transiants and can plant spybots that can access all your accounts. Known to be in Las Vegas in 2012.

To start. my name is Michael Maxwell Riggans. Not Riggins. Some small details in this report are accurate and most not. My wife and I did move down here from Pensylvania. But my parents are not dead. But my wife's parents are indeed deceased. When we moved down here it was to move in with a friend that convinced us to relocate down here. We moved down here with over $6000 in cash from selling all that we owned before leaving Pensylvania. But the person that thought was a friend robbed us and we ended up on the streets homeless in a city we did not know. So yes we were homeless. The Person that filed this report His name is Ken.
Dont remember his full name. But We met him through a craigslist add. He was willing to give us a room to live in. In exchange for work on his home. He was remodeling it and needed helpers. My wife and I mostly kept to ourselves in our room when we were not working. Hanging new drywall, paining, building custome shelves for closets, and insttalation of new blinds. Many other home remodeling prodjects arround the house. 1 month after moving in Ken demanded that we start paying rent. He knew we did not have money. He kept us busy working 7 days a week sun up to sun down.
We had no time to start a job search at all. When we told him that we could not he said that we can earn our stay on top of the house work in another way. He said that if my wife tara had sex with him one time a week he will consider that rent. We refused. The man kinda creeped us out from day one as it was but needed a place to stay. When we refused he got angry and threatened us. said that he wanted us out of his home in 24 hours or he would have the police remove us. Well I was already talking to someone through emails for a week already that was willing to help us out with a place to stay for work on the property.
So I called him and told him and he came that day and picked us up and took us out to his house he had outside the city limits and droped us off with lots of tools and a long list of things that needed to be done. he was really nice and respectfull. It all worked fine and we were able to eventually get out on our own and be self sufficiant. This man actually helped us. we earned our roof over our head and he helped in other ways too. To make all of this worse. Ken the guy we moved in with first insisted that he be able to Hold onto our Birth certificates and SSN cards in his safe while we were living with him.
When we were moving out he refused to give them back. I ended up having to call the police and it took weeks to be able to get them back. we had to show a lawyer the typed out agreement that we were requested to sign staeing our duties and that our Birth certificates and SSN cards were to be held as insurance of vandalism. When it all was said and done the man got into some legal trouble for refuseing to return our SSN cards and Birth certificates. 2 weeks later this report showed up on ripoff reports. So my wife and I are made out to be liars and thieves in an act of revenge.
I fix computers for people all the time and I have never had a complaint from anyone. If anyone looks at this report and see's this rebuttle and want any referances from anyone that i have done computer repairs for I am more than willing to give as many names and Contact info for as many customers I have had in Vegas to confirm my code of ethics and quality of my work. I should not have to suffer my reputation being trashed for reveng. And neither does my wife.
