Complaint Review: Michael's Custom Cabinets

This Michael - bring SHAME On Chesapeake.

Placed an order on May 5, 2005 after talking to him personally as to the DISCOUNT he had emailed me about as well as the turn-around-time (how long it would take to ship).

Mike Brodt stated that the doors will ship via FedEx in approx. 3 to 4 weeks, if it is longer than the 4 weeks you will be notified. Upon shipment, I would be supplies a tracking number and or a ddelivery day.

The 4 weeks have come and gone, NO DOORS. I called and got a message that said:

"We will be out of the shop until the end of the week due to a un-timely death in the family, so I gave them a week to get-over their lost. After I left severial messages about my shipment, this fellow send me an email:

We appreciate your patience in our time of mouring. We have returned and are getting things back in order. We will be getting everybodies order out as soon as possible.

If this delay is something you can not wait for than please send a request to the below address requesting a refund, once received we will evaluate each refund according to the status of your order.

We apologize for any inconveniences this may have caused.
