Complaint Review: Michael's Limo

Michael's Limo limo arrived filthy. Driver had the wrong address which made us 30 minutes late to ceremony. Sent car instead of limo for return! ripoff Greenwich Connecticut

Our limo arrived filthy, covered in dirt on a white limo. Then the driver had the wrong address, was unable to communicate in English language and got us to the ceremony late. Had to start it over 30 minutes late.
This I was willing to let go, until the return trip.

We ordered a 10 passenger stretch limo and what showed up? A CAR, a passenger car that barely fit two people. We called the owner, Michael directly to ask for a refund (10 times might I add to give them a chance to explain), and the owner, nor anyone else at the company returned a single phone call.

We do have the ability to UPDATE this report and reflect Michael's good business practices by explaining that their reagerness to satisfy the complaint and make things right will be seen by the entire world. Failure to respond/rectify the situation will also be seen.
