I worked for Michael Scott Fussell twice in 2005 and 2006 and was quickly promoted to a Sr.Lead Rep and Trainer. It was my impression that this was a National Tax Law Firm as I got the job at the Ga Dept Of Labor. On 12/7/2006 after calling and setting appointents a Business Owner called back and told me that the company I work for is not a National Tax Law Firm and that Michael Scott Fussell is not a National Tax Attorney. he cancelled the appointment after a few choice words and challenged me to call the State Bar of Georgia to verify. after I verified this with the State Bar of Georgia
I told my manager and he shrugged his shoulders and mumbled. Looking like the cat that swollered the canary looking guilty and cheap.
I resigned because I could not work for a company that was suspect of misrepresenting and accused of being a Fake Law Firm by the Business Owner who threaten to call the Attorney General. In good faith I could not make another call or train anyone else I resigned and turned in a letter of resignation stating exactly what I am saying here.
After quiting for good work related reasons and turning in a written resignation I was never given a honorable reference and blocked from benefits while I looked for honorable employment..finally things was reversed and Attorney Michael Scott Fussell wrote a damaging letter so damaging I cannot believe he had the nerve to write that he was not Licensed in Georgia and had not intentions of being licensed in Georgia.. The words jump off the page. The tine was very harsh for a Attorney. He was always known as a Attorney. his stationary stated Attorney At Law.. and we all had to address him as a Attorney.

After a total of 14 months of training incoming new hires, The Business Owner call me back and alerted me that the company is not a National Tax Law Firm and the man we had all been telling Business Owners is a National Tax Attorney is not licensed by the State of Georgia as a Attorney.
Attorney Micheal Scott Fussell wrote a damaging letter clearly lashing out that he is not a licensed in Georgia and neever want to be licensed by the State of Georgia this letter I have a copy of. But this same man was telling the trainers to say he is a National Tax Attorney. and participated in the closings and Evals and succession ...
This complaint is for any Business Owner in all 50 States who have ever had contact with this firm to step up.and respond to this ad and respond to my complaint.
If you have lost money,paid for succession planners and did not get the services you paid for even if you had a appointment and went through the motions respond.

This updated Report RE: Tax Law Advisors and Michael Scott Fussell and all issues surrounding previous complaints on this firm has been resolved between the complainant and
Mr. Fussell a resolution to the issues has been made.
And settled and to further state that Michael Scott Fussell Licensed by the State of Illinois as a Attorney..with this updated amended report Publicly stated recanted and resolved..All issues have been resolved.

This is the biggest bunch of garbage ever posted on rip-off report! Tiffany (who goes by the name of "Culotta") was trouble from the day she began. She is presently under investigation by several law enforcement agencies for criminal offenses.
I worked for Tax Law Advisors for a long time and have nothing but praise for Mr Fussell and his staff. I saw MANY business owners save large amounts on their taxes. Mr Fussell is both a tax attorney and a CPA and his work (and others on his staff) is outstanding. All across America, you will find businessmen who are grateful for his help.

Tiffany does not understand that tax attorneys are "licensed" to work in all 50 states (for tax matters) because they are registered to practice before the Federal Tax Courts. I am seeking Business Owners who were contact by employees of Tax Law Advisors 1999-2007 who set appointments aand was actually met and paid into the Succession Planners and Evals
I worked for Michael Scott Fussell adn quit when I found out something was not right..and other Business Owners were calling back cancelling appointments saying This is not a Tax Law Firm...

We would ahve weekly meetings and being white I was singled out to look stupid in front of the 98% Black staff when I was forced to repeat the script in November in front of everyone. the Goons came down on me hard screaming and ranting and raving that I should always say that MICHEAL SCOTT FUSSELL IS THE
NATIONAL TAX ATTORNEY IN THE OFFICE. AND I WAS TREATED IN A HARASSING MENACING MANNER BEING I AM 5'4 WHITE AND NON THREATING.
I was eventually terminated from my job and they knew I had just gotten a Apartment. they
made me the laughing stock of the office and always put me out front.
Tiffany Taylor was my trainer she trained over 35 people in the office. She was elevated from Marketer to Sr. Lead Rer.and Trainer she also did interviewing for hiring.
I was able to get my unemployment and she was not
she had to fight for her unemployment. we both never got positive references.
In Atlanta there are many EEOC Charges of Sexual Harassment by the male staff on female employees who they fired after sexual harassment. and there are other complaints for harassment. by both Male and Female former Employees.
They treated the white employees especially differnt. All white emoployees was fired harassed or humiliated off of the job a mother and son who worked there was particular harassed due to race, size, and weight, discrimination..
Once they fire you or get rid of you all of your commissions fall into their wallets. they do not pay you. they hire a bunch wait until you get a good flow or evals and qualified then they get rid of you management is the ones who get the money you are due.
There is enough people wronged that a major class action law suit should be filed. Business
Owners in all 50 states should step up and state your lost. All Authorities have been notified however management are crafty liars while they tell us to say this is a NATIONAL TAX LAW FIRM WHEN PEOPLE CALL IN THEY SAY THEY ARE A TAX ADVISORY SERVICE.
