Pay child support to a woman that can do this to a fetus (deceased) and a living boy?

This mother gave birth to our first child, Madison D Travis with "abolutely no prenatal care" a quote from her actual medical records.

Madison D. Travis was born with severe Cerebral Palsy. Madison was not allowed any medical attention during her gestation period at all.

For 4 years this woman had me convinced the doctor and staff made serious mistakes. The law firm handling the case dropped all action when they discovered "no prenatal care was afforded to the child".

Madison D Travis passed away 5 months ago. I was told of organ failure by a CPS case worker.

No woman should have the right to cause such damage to a child.

Last week this same mother allowed our son to be prescribed Amoxicillin. The two times in his life he has taken this drug, he has vomited and showed a rash and had to be removed from it.

On 04-20-2009 this mother allowed my son to have taken this drug again. The same reaction took place the day after while my son was forced to attent school the very next day. He was sick or still is sick, we face swine flu now.

Folks, I want you to understand this was just a few weeks ago. This mother allowed my son to attend school with "Fifth Disease". Look that one up. My son was the first to be diagnosed with this in Flagstaff, AZ. The school had to call this mother over 8 different times to come pick her sick child up from this school year, all on Mondays or Tuesdays.

This mother never called Dr. Deleva of Mountain View Pediatrics of the adverse reaction. I called a few days later when I found out about the drug being given to my son. Mountain Veiw Pediatrics never canceled and reissued a prescription.

This situation is a repeat of what happened to Madison and CPS of Arizona knows of this mother and emails me to tell me there is nothing they can do.

This woman, for as long as I have known her (from 2001 to 2008) uses nasal sprays and over the counter allergy meds for herself every nite, but will not allow my son to get medical attention for his allergies. Even his school teacher says in an email, my son has a trail to the tissue box from his seat in class.

My son's left tonsil and left ear have not changed, still in need of medical attention since early 2008.

This woman in my opinion killed my daughter, Madison D. Travis. This woman, Suzanne M. De Vivo aka: Herodotus and Travis went 9 months 2 weeks and 2 1/2 days with "absolutely no prenatal care", " An ultra sound was performed. It demonstarted a 39 week 4 day intrauterine pregnancy with an estimated fetal weight of 4113 g. these quotes are from the actual medical records dated 01-11-2002 of Madison D Travis's birth records.

This woman was obese, she was quoted as saying, "I didn't feel the need for any prenantal care" when asked why she didn't seek prenantal care.

Madison D Travis passed away 4 to 5 months ago. This child was born with severe cerebral palsy. Attorney's could not move forward with a case against the Doctor or the Hospital due to " Could not prove Causasion" A term used to prove a healthy fetus during pregnancy.

CPS of Arizona removed Madison from the care and visitation of this mother when it was discovered madison suffered from dehydration, malnutrician and undernourishment.

We were married for almost a year. I was told for 6 months by this woman "the doctor says I healthy and no worries" , for 3 months we lived with a few miles of 7 doctors and a major hospital in Alaska. Never once during Madison as a fetus did she get medical treatment.

I have pictures that show a normal looking little girl, CPS has pictures that show the same girl 28 lbs lighter. This woman would not allow a feeding tube be placed for Madison to eat more, CPS fitted her with one within 30 days of removing her.

Now this woman has my 6 yr old son in her primary care. My son has allergies, this woman will not allow him to take Singulair 5 MG chewable. On the 20th of April 2009 my son was given Amoxicillin, On 21st of April 2009 he was removed from his school for vomiting. This happened on 04-10-2008 and this woman knew then my son could not take this medication.

With this reaction to Amoxicillin, this woman never called the prescribing doctor, she just allowed him to continue taking the drug.

To this date my son still suffers from a left ear infection and swollen left tonsil.

CPS was called, they say nothing can be done unless I can prove my son is allergic to amoxicillin. Two times my son experiences adverse reaction to a drug and nothing is done.

I will never pay a woman that can kill a child (my daughter) and not be charged. My son is harmed in anyway, I will see to it the world reads about this woman on every site I can find.
