Contracted with Michael Suljak in June of 2016 to install a Briggs and Stratton standby generator.  He asked for the moeny for the generator and transfer switch.  All I have to show for the $4900.00 is a small concrete slab, about 4' of piping and 40' of wiring laying in my basement.

Repeated calls to Michael have gone unanswered.  He initailly made all kinds of excuses as to why he hadn't completed the work.  He claims he had the generator but was going to sell it and return that portion of the money.  He never provided proof of the generator nor have I seen any money.

There is another report on the website with a similiar story.  This is apparently a common practice of his.  Have considered taking him to small claims court where I know I would win but getting the money from him is another story.  He skips town, changes the name of his company and screws somebody else.  He has threatened to take me to court and I wish he would because I have all the proof of his decite and lies.
