Michael T. Jefferson Email Fraud. Said to be selling 25 T-Mobile Sidekicks. Bank Wired $1500 to his bank. Never delivered merchandise. Won't Answer Phone. Fort Worth Texas
I would like to report, and possibly sue, Michael T. Jefferson, for email fraud claiming that he had 25 T-Mobile Sidekicks for sell. After submitting many emails of questions and requesting much info from him, we conducted a $1,500 bank wire from my bank to his. He sent me an email stating that they were on the way and that he sent them to me by UPS, but never submitted and tracking numbers which I required and requested of him. Mr. Jefferson then emailed me back claiming that he was out of town at the time and would be back home shortly and would give me the numbers then. He never rendered them over. He no longer answers his phone, nor responds to emails.
Actually, I do not believe that he live in Texas, but in Georgia. I have an email showing where he slips up and makes a statement that relates to where he lives. He gave me a Texas address in which he claims is his home address, also a state ID number. These can be checked out for accuracy. I tried to stop the bank wire on time, but it was too late.
