Complaint Review: Michael T. Madulka of Quinsgamond Realty

If you would like to save yourself much time, effort, and aggravation please avoid this mortgage broker at any cost. A loan process was started with Mike Madulka from Quinsgamond Realty and we are currently still waiting to close. He was given every piece of documentation he asked for and every request he made was fulfilled in a timely fashion. The closing date was dangled over our heads like a carrot on a string in front of a rabbit. Don't trust his "GOOD FEELINGS" that he has about a certain situation because it is total and complete GARBAGE! He is unresponsive, as a matter of fact he will NOT answer your phone calls when something he claims is going to happen doesn't fall through. He continues to take no responsibility for anything that is going on and blames it on everything else. He misses HUGE details that any trained professional would not. He is a very unprofessional individual who does not belong having the fate of someone's future in his hands. Please if you are reading this save yourself the frustration and DO NOT DEAL WITH THIS MAN!!!!!!
