Where to begin. This company is a scam, read and read again. You will never get your money back. Purchased voucher through living social using a credit card. You would think that I am protected, right? WRONG!!!!
No where when item was purchased did it say there was a re-stocking fee. But what to do, I have receipts showing no return policies on this junk. To find that they must have had a lot of returns and created this specific return policy for living social customers; after the fact.
First, they charge tax on amount that was not collected, already a big flag.
Second, has anyone ever seen re-stocking fee with a second fee. After spending about $90.00 you will receive a refund of about $20.00 . Of course that has not happen either.
Returned item back at the end of Februaury 2014 we are now in May of 2014 and nothing.
Not only did the anti-aging item not work , I got stuck paying for something I returned.
Stay clear of B.S. advertising that all this company is. They are a marketing company that has figured how to scam the public. Don't be fool when they say if you don't like it you can return it. You will not get your money back.
Living Social will offer you $20 deal bucks, thanks, but I want my money from this company.
