Michael V. D'Avolio is a con artist. He is a house painter/contractor who will try to get a deposit from you before he starts a job. Then he will disappear with the money. He preys on women. One of his recent victims has cancer.
This man can't be trusted. He works for Memmingers Painting in Depew NY and if they are doing work for you, make sure you find out if he is working at your house or business! He is a crack addict and compulsive gambler who was convicted of arson and robbing a D&K store in Niagara County. Do not trust him! He has stolen from customers and a former employer.
