We purchased several Michael Kors hand bags online for thanksgiving 2012, the webpage shows photos of nice bags which were never mentioned to be copies of original MK bags, ; when we received the items it was clear that those were very , very cheap copies of the original product . the same day we contacted them via email and since them its been just a waist of time (and money); eventually after 10 emails with evasive responses we were able to obtain an address in China to return the bags, we were told we had to pay the freight so we did in order to get rid of the cheap quality items; in January 29-2013 (2 months later), they confirmed they received the bags and told us we would receive an refund equivalent to 75% of the original amount paid (they will charge a 25% fee for the return) and also that the money will take 60 work days to be returned.
Today its been 10 months after that last communication, no money was ever returned to us , no responses from them to other emails .
