Michael's sold defective merchadise. NO customer service Temple Pennsylvania
Bought a wooden birdhouse. Spent a lot of time painting it, then sprayed it to protect the finish. Hung it up and in less than a week the roof seperated and the rest crashed to the ground. Tried to call the store but all I get is a recorded voice that says 'goodbye.' Tried their 800# and someone who barely spoke English told me to call the store. Told her I already tried that. No help. Went online to their 'chat' and after a long wait went thru the whole thing again only to again be told to call the store. Explained that I already tried that twice. So go to the store he said. Not the only problem with Michaels. The first time at this location I signed up for their rewards program. When I went back they said I was not signed up, had to go thru the whole thing again and of course lost the rewards from the first visit. So I am convinced this store is not a reliable place to shop.
