Michael J Berger is a con artist!!! Don't trust him!!! My family and I had a contract agreement with him for construction on our property and all he did was run away with our money. We have tried to contact this person numerous times and he refuses to communicate with us.
We intend to gather all information possible and turn this person into the Victoria, Tx district attorney. We encourage everyone and anyone who has had the same problem with this man to take the same actions against him. Please post on this website if you have had any of the same encounters with him.

James, If in fact you have agreement in writing why are you not in Civil Court? Do you know how to file one? You do not state date, year and what the contract was for only construction.. Be careful James when posting comments online, in person etc. Because you are accusing someone of being a con artist in previous post which becomes Slander because first and foremost you have not gone to the courts and filed for your claim. Sorry but if I had a agreement with a contractor and the agreement was broken I would not be on the internet blasting the person I would be at the court house. REMEMBER James there is always two sides of a story! Are you afraid the other side will come out?
