Went there for Rhinoplasty in 2017. I didn’t get the nose promised to me. Check out my yelp review. Steve R J, asked for money back and no answer, please rethink if u go there.

Dr. Michael Horns office did contact me to resolve this issue to my satisfaction. I feel they went above and beyond what was needed to make me a satisfied customer.

I didn’t receive the promised nose job . Dr. Horn said he would give me. After the surgery swelling didn’t go down much. Healing process was horrible. I try to settle this matter I didn’t get much feedback from this office. They need better customer service.
