Micheal Sessions - Marketing Sessions ripoff and misleading about position and pay It all sounds good on the first day but you don't get paid for 3weeks No training pay No hourly wage No perks or extras Oak Brook Illinois
The Company uses a lot of motivational, and mental tricks in order to distract people away from the fact that there is no pay. They contact you through various job sites (employment guide, Monster,Chicago jobs etc.) they invite you for an interview where they wow you with success stories and tales of endless posibility. The manager even tries to make the name sound like it is a part of an corporation. Notice the similarities (Marketing SeCTion)and (Marketing SeSSions), it is printed on a badge that is worn at all times, that is what gets this company through the door during cold call selling. His management team uses double talk and ambiguous speech to try and calm you down if a person complains about anything. But what they do is they rip off small business owners by promoting phone packcages that will lower the bill.
I worked there for a month and every customer that had previously used this companies services had screwwed up phone bills. A typical day consist of an 8a.m. start time and a power meeting that is all Show and no substance. There is a minimal lunch break, 30 minutes or less, and a finish time of 6:15 pm followed by another motivating power meeting. During the interim period of the power meetings, your day consist of walking from store to store fast talking business owners and using your own money for Gas, food, beverages. Oh! I almost forgot each person has their own territory that is anywhere from 5 to 50 miles from the office. All this with no pay for the first 3 weeks, the only pay comes from when you trick a business owner into signing up for services through the organization. So Glad I wised up to what is really going on.
If you get contacted by these people, say hell no.

I just wanted to let you know that I have just submitted my own report about Marketing Sessions. I hope you read it.
You inspired me to write, and I hope I can inspire someone else to do the same. We both know the massive amounts of ex-employees out there!!

Similar stories have been popping up and with good cause.
I wish that this will not happen to anyone else.
and if you own a business do not let these people intmidate you into signing (agreements) as they call them.
The biggest thing that hurts me to find out is that most of the fortune fivehundred companies that outsource to cydcor KNOW exactly what they are buying. These are companies that we pay for everything phone service(multiple companies), shipping, office supplies all kinds of services that we have come to expect quality from.
We have to stop this so that our children will not have to go through this s***t. I am not made because of my experiences with CYDCOR, I am enlightened as to the type of standards that I need to expect from my employer. I will not sacrifice my time, and investments for an employer that will not recipricate the favor by promising (in writing) steady compensation for steady work results and you shouldn't either.
