Complaint Review: Michel Combes Alcatel Vodafone France Telecom Assystem

We are currently contemplating selling all of our shares in Alcatel-Lucent.  We utilize a very high-end service to track management background which extends beyond surface deep criminal issues but picks up issues that boards have tried to bury or secret settlements.  We see that the American listing opened the door for the SEC to launch a formal investigation into either Combes or Alcatel or both, but we cannot seem to find any information beyond that.  Does anyone have any further insight into the character of Michel Combes or why the SEC were planning to launch an investigation into his conduct?  Thank you for your thoughts, insights.
