I ordered a $15  detangling brush for my daughter from the notanglebrush.ca website with an option to get a free one and only pay $5.97 for shipping and handling each for the 2 brushes. Somehow, my total bill came to $61. And there was no way to review the charges before the order was placed. There is also no way to cancel the order immediately. 

Instead you have to call customer service, where you are put on hold for 20 minutes and then customer service only tells you they can't help and to wait 24 hours and call again.

I have no choice but to believe that this company operated under poor business practices and the client service is terrible. I plan to cancel my order and to get my credit card company to stop payment.

Finally, what was supposed to be a 5 minute purchase to help my daughter has now turned into a 24-hour effort to prevent potential credit card fraud.
