Complaint Review: Michelangelo's Pizza

I used to work for this place. I loved the pizza and i needed a high school job for some extra money. The food is great, but they are very unhealthy the lettuce they use for their salads is just left on the floor and they just pick it up, they don't wear gloves either. they also leave their pizza boxes on the floor, they get kicked around too, so some are just open, I know for a fact this place had mice because in the in back room there were traps. so I don't think it's a good idea to keep the boxes where mice can just easily crawl inside, and they used a hose for the water too. both for making dough and the drinking water. not one of the other workers except the owner and myself, had good hygiene people would just cough, sneeze, and wipe their nose, and just go back to work. Like i said they don't where gloves or anything I'm not sure if they wash their hands after going to the bathroom, but I wouldn't be surprised if they didn't. I don't think any business should stay around if they don't give an effort to keeping a clean, workplace and the ingredients are properly stored and not just laying on the floor where people walk around insects and rodents walk around, and where dust and other stuff can just collect around it. Don't go to this pizzeria unless you enjoy having extra toppings on your pizza, salad, and other food.
