Michele has once again changed her name from Michele Nagy to Michele Daly and now to MICHELE SCHMIDT after marrying fellow criminal Trenton James Schmidt who works for Henniff Transportation. She is strippring and selling out all the interior contents of the home in Bonfield that is being foreclosed on. Ghetto move. She is stripping cabinets, water heater, AC and several other permanent fixtures of the home that the bank is taking possesion of and trying to sell it online. Herscher Bank has been notified as well as her probation officer, since this is a criminal offense. 

Beware residents of DANFORTH, she is moving to your town in September. BEWARE, you will be the next victim of this criminal.

 Michele Nagy's home is in foreclosure. Hopefully the resident's of Bonfield will soon be rid of this criminal. Attached are copies of the Court Foreclosure documents. She tried to get a loan modification several times and has been denied each time. She the tried to claim discrimination. The federal govenrment denied her as well. At least there is some justice, she was found guilty and is a convicted felon, a mark on her record forever.

Peoples bank has all the info on how when Ellen was close to death and She changed her will Without telling greg and left all the money to Laura and only the house to him how he got worried and started bouncing ellens checking account. By writing checks he knew would bounce but yet be covered by her savings account as overdraft protection. That savings was Laura's inheritance and was over 17,000$ therefore wasn't Greg's. Michele Nagy pled guilty to the Felony identity theft charges. She now has a class 4 felony, had to pay $23,000 in restitution (actually mommy and daddy paid it), and has 3 years probation in kankakee county. FINALLY SOME JUSTICE!!
