Michele Silence, the owner of Kid-Fit has accused the employees of our ecommerce service of fraud when her own lack of financial responsibility is solely responsible for any wrongdoing. We provide an entirely automated billing process that all users have full control over at any and all times via their account control panel as well as in their own PayPal account tup update, manage, and cancel payments at any time during their relationship with us. The prices we charge for our service are clearly displayed on our website homepage for anyone to view at any time. Users are able to view their current payment plan charges via their Account tab at any time by logging into their account.

Michele Silence accuses us of overcharging their account "for years" despite the above facts and despite the fact that PayPal does not provide any means possible to change a flat fee subscription without the billed user's interaction or request. She then filed a dispute at PayPal against all of the legally and legitimate charged payments made to her account. PayPal found no wrongdoing on our end and canceled all of her disputes.

She has since filed several negative reviews when we refused to refund the payments.

This is a simple matter of an individual being fiscally irresponsible and not wanting to accept responsibility for their own actions.
