After filing this online we got some issues resolved in our case. Helms is still working on a few other actions which seem to be on course. Finally! Think she trusted the wrong employee (now ex ) with our case. Still not totally resolved even though she has been paid in full for her services for over 35 days. We will keep everyone posted.
