On October 23rd I went online and ordered this software kit. In their advertising in big letters it said, you have been chosen to receive this software for free. In little letters, written that one would pay s&h of 3.88. I ordered the software and tried to access it online. I was unable to, kept telling me that I had not registered eve though I had.

On Oct 29th I emailed their support address and let them know that I couldn't get in. No response. I received a phone call Nov 3rd from a woman wanting to help me set up my business. I informed her I had access to nothing and had received no software. She told me she, she would contact me in a few days.

I checked my credit card online today and found a charge for $72.21 from this company. I promptly called and got a very rude man, I explained my situation and he informed me that I should have read the fine print and that the $72.21 was unrefundable. I told him I didn't understand how they could charge someone for something they never received, he just continued to repeat his mantra of, you should have read the fine print and returned it within 7 days. I asked to speak to a supervisor and he refused. Then began telling me they had all gone home. I demanded that he cancel whatever this supposed subscription was and hung up on him.
I proceeded to call my credit card company and filed a dispute for both charges.

I again dialed the number and got a woman who repeated the same words the first gentleman had. I told her that they were scamming people and that I would fight them in eveyway that I could. She just continued to repeat the you should have read the fine print speech. I hung up on her too.

They billed my credit card under Education and Instruction.
