Micor is a company that I worked for less than a year. It took me that long to figure out the fact that this company is headed down hill. Its owned by a red neck named Doug Justice, whom has zero management experience and is to stupid or cheep to hire someone smart enough to run his so called business. They do have a worthless individual by the name of Steve Unger, this guy is to stupid to run a circle K.. In a nut shell, the company makes nothing but empty promises, by telling you how much money you are gonna make and the opportunities this job offers. I've never worked with a bigger bunch of thieves and drug addicts in my life, and I used to be a prison guard. Bottom line, dont work for this company and most of all don't let these guys in your home. We expect more out of you Cox. Consumers beware of encouraged false billing by owners, which means customers pay for sevices they didn't receive.

All I know is things are good here now!  I do not recognize some of theSE names so they must be old cause I been here for a couple of years and Matt and doug treat us Good.  The work is hard but as far as the people you work for caring about you?  They do.  I been in managment and its not easYbut these guys do it better than where I been before.  And I been at a couple of places thru out my years.

I'm a man that likes to draw his own conclusions based on my individual dealings with another man or women.  But I would be lying if I sad when reading things like this that's wrote with ill will didn't concern me.  But I needed a career change so I ask about what was written.  I was given a satisfying response so I decided to go for it.  I couldnt be happier. the complaint I'm rebutting was wrote several years ago so that does to show you nothing was down hill.  Doug Justice?  Country? Yes. Redneck? NO!  Only heard of this Steve Unger dude but hey-'all companies have managers that certain folks don't like.  All of us have to be national criminally back ground tested and drug screened preemployment and subject to otherwise.  We're in customers homes, it's taken seriously by micor management.  As for false billing, the owner has went into his pocket and paid more for a job due to time spent.  I've never once heard him or and micor management say this was ok or even show you It was possible False bill.  They would rather eaT it.  Customers will always let you know when there paying for something they shouldn't.   So you,would be caught so fast.  Some people just write any ol crazy stuff.  I been here for 3 years now.  Not in management but have traveled for the company.  There fair with fair as I am with them.

My hat is off to RipoffReport.com.  This site aided me in getting what was denied me previously.  The owner of the company saw my complaint and resolved the situation promptly.  Again, thanks.  Oh!  Mr Vice President this should have been done a year ago, and without having an outside arena to make it happen.   Thanks Uncle Jerry, get all they owe you.

VP of Micor Operations, let me state first and foremost,  liable is print.  This is print and it is covered by the 1st Amendment of the United States of America.  Futhermore, do you think I would introduce anything withnot documentation. Secondly, I have only stated fact, and you will see in the near future I am dead serious about stepping up exposing the shady way business was done at Micor.  No employee having a valid grievance, should ever have to fear reprisal from his/her employer for demanding what is rightfully earned.  I feel you are taking this as a personal attack on you Mr Unger.  Be advised, I contacted you 12/29/2009, for one reason and reason only, to inquire whether your postion with the company was still, VP of Micor Operations.   You replied, to this email as the VP of Micor Operations and provided your phone number.   This diffently is not a personal matter between you and I.  This is a business matter between an employer, (Micor) that failed to own up to their promises and as such, should be exposed and if at all possible under the laws of the land, be help responisble for their actions.  I have already contacted the wireless providers, to see what legal guidelines, I can use in case, as you say, sue.  The records between Micor Communication and myself can be subpoenaed and introduced in a court of law as evidence.  SMS and text is all an employee needs these days to provide all the proof he/she needs.  You have the phones however the texts never go away.  And believe me I have every text and email on electronic and paper file.  Again, in closing today, I want to assure you that my referring to you is completely business, as you are an agent of Micor Communications, your position the VP of Operations.  Even though you are an intricate part of the Micor organization, you are just an employee.  This is Business.  Oh noticed you didn't say anything about business, Mr. Vice President.

Micor sells it's self to potential employee, as not just a job but, a career.  However I doubt very seriously that they have any employees with more than 5 years on their payroll.  I would suggest the average technician stays with Micor less than a year.  Micor has a good pay scale, however you must work unrealistic hours, basically slave hours.  This is accomplished without complaint, because a guy with little employment opportunities can earn in excess of $1000.00 per week.  Here is the drawback, Micor makes mistakes in payroll, and always in Micor's favor.  Also the company falesly bills the technicians for lost equipment, thus the system in place does not have any checks and balances.  The technician is not given a reciept when the equipment is issued and the equipment is not checked in directly from the technician to the warehouse clerk.  Again, just a means to take back from a technicans hard earned monies.  Micor promises yearly retention bonuses, i.e.  1 year svc -$100.00, each year after an additional $50.00.  I know several people who asked Steve about their bonuses, (in 2009) via email and where never answered.  Got my emails to prove it.  Micor was paying out of area trip pay $20.00, however this just stopped without notification to the technicians.  I am aware of an inidividual whom worked several weeks for the company and was promised by the local supervisor he would earn $300.00 a week.  He worked five weeks and was only compensated for one week.  The supervisor said it was Steve's decision not to pay this technician.  This too is documented.  Micor paystubs reflect that there is a hourly wage being paid and that techs are being paid by the standards of the Federal Wage and Earnings Guidelines, this can not be further than the truth.  Steve had a meeting telling all technicians, that the company needed to show hours.  He stated that it would be mandatory, he put backcharges in place for those that failed to report hours worked on paperwork.  Now here is the crooked part, he informed everybody that if they showed more than 40 hours weekly, that this money was only coming out of their production.  "Micor only pays an hourly rate on paper".  Mr Steve stated something so very right, Micor was a top company, with respect and honesty, prior to his tenure as the Vice President.  Something else a good friend of my is out of work, for some training material violation.  Steve really, is the truth in you.  See if anything that I have introduced here today is slander?!

You have got to be kidding. First of all, your comments are slanderous and unfounded. This website is for legitimate complaints, not your ridiculous accusations and inaccurate statements. Not to mention your spelling of "too". its suppose to have two "O's" not one. Now who is TOO stupid to run a circle K? I highly suggest you remove your posting before it attracts a lawsuit for slander and liable. Micor Communications has a perfect record with the BBB and is rated one of the top contracting companies in AZ. You dont achieve that by accident. As for your very short tenure with the company, you probably were unable to perform at our standards very much like when you were an adult baby sitter, oh i mean prison guard. Before you sling mud, i suggest you look in the mirror and take a long hard look at what you really dislike. if the promises weren't fulfilled, chances are you didnt fulfill your obligation as an employee of Micor Communications. I expect a public apology, unledd you can substantiate your claims of drug addicts, thieves, and stupidity. If you cant seem to substantiate them, well, we will just assume you are working at circle K where you belong.
