I own a small business, and I purchased (4) laptop computers from the Micro Center. Knowing that (3) of the computers have repair issues; I question the quality of product being sold at the Micro Center.

One of the repairs was refused, because of a broken screen; therefore, I purchased a replacement. The left over parts from the broken laptop was used to repair one of the other laptops. It is unfortunate replacement laptop also failed in service.

After communicating my concern about all of the down time my company was having with (3) of the (4) laptops, purchased by me for my small business, a young and non- concerned manager became very defensive, disrespectful, and refused to process my maintenance request.

To my surprise, my wife and I were talked down to in a disrespectful manor. My wife, the public, and I should never have to tolerate being treated like this. We had no choice but to leave the Micro Center immediately.

Nobody from the Micro Center has tried to contact me or my company, to make the repairs they should process as promised when I purchased all of this computer equipment. This is nothing more than a complete rip-off. As my small business is growing, I have purchased more networking and computer equipment; however, I did not by from the Micro Center.

I now deal with professionals that are focused on customer satisfaction, quality services, and quality equipment.
