Hello,

Thought everyone should know that all Micro Center stores are advertising a 42" Olevia LCD TV
with a refresh rate of 120Hz when actually the TV is a 60Hz model. It's advertised as such in their flyer and this mis-information is also being told to customers by the sales staff at Micro Center. Based on this mis-information I purchased one only to be disappointed. When I contacted Micro Center they told me they go by what the manufacturer tells them and they don't check to make sure that the information the manufacturer provides is accurate. This is not only bad business practice but I doubt very much that if I went into their store and told them the fifty dollar bill I was holding was in fact a one hundred dollar bill that they would take me at my word. I want my money back for this inferior television and also am asking that Micro Center fix their flier and stop their sales force from spredding mis-information. I also would like a partial refund since I didn't get what I paid for and had I known I would have never purchased it. Of course I can't return the television as I'd lose $75.00 if I did since they want a 15% restocking fee.
