Micro Center on Bethel Rd Col., Oh Not willing to help! Columbus Ohio
Sunday at 9am I showed up at Mirco Center when they opened with my lap top. I needed a new power cord to the computer. I had searched it before I went in. I plugged it in and the sales person unplugged it and did not put in the box. I bought a lap top by HP with 7 windows. I got home and there was no power cord for the power unit. He did not put it the box. Also there were no instructions to tell you how to open the lap top. I spent 2 hours with them on the phone. The tech support could not tell me how to do it. The manager would not help me and my cord would be ready for pick up. I went today and they did not have the cord ready. With the main manger was not concerned with my needs. That took another 45 mins. They just don't care about the people they sell to.
