Company knowingly shipped defective memory, which was promptly returned. They sent a replacement, which was non-operational as well. This was returned via USPS Priority Mail with delivery confirmation, they acknowledged receipt, yet refuse to refund my credit card. If you call customer service the person who answers, "Leo", is extremely arrogant and will simply hang up on you. Emails go unanswered. This is outright fraud.
Luckily, my bank has been extremely helpful, and will more than likely refund the entire amount. Don't do business with this scammer -- you've been warned!
