Complaint Review: Micromedics Vernon Hills

Micromedics does not address the problems with the laptop sent in for service under Walmart Repair Plan. Laptop had bad screen and no sound from left speaker. This was clearly communicated. Laptop was returned from round trip number one with neither problem addressed. Then on roundtrip two, the screen was replaced, but nothing was done about the sound problem.  Of course they billed Walmart for a repair.  Have been minus laptop for several weeks now due to their not caring.

Walmart repair plan states that this is only one repair, since it was a "Re-work" on the second roundtrip. Requested another repair facility....Still waiting
