MICROSOFT INTERNET ACCESS REPEATEDLY CHARGED MY CREDIT CARD AFTER 2 PHONE CALLS TO CANCEL REDMOND Washington
I had two MSN accounts and canceled the first one in Sept 2002. I was repeatedly charged and after two phone calls {it was closed} the first person didn't type the message in to cancel the account. After the 2nd confirmation number for the 2nd account, I recieved yet another charge on my credit card on the SAME DAY I CANCELED THE ACCOUNT. I spoke with the Rep and was told that MY Credit Card Company is sending them Money for no apparent reason. I am reporting this to the State Attorney General and encourage all others who are having issues like this to them also.
