Microsoft *Online Bill.MS.Net Charged my AMX card every month for what they claim is automatic system updates on my computer. Microsoft was included with my computer when I purchase it. I quickly changed my internet provider to Comcast in NJ. I do not use Microsoft as my internet provider and have never requested or authorized automatic updates on my computer system! This company or individuals have been taking $21.33 from my AMX account for well over a year. There has been no way for me to contact them. After reporting this charge to AMX on more than one occasion I had to be issued a new AMX card with a different account number and have my balance transferred to it. There needs to be a class action suite against this company or individuals. I see that many people have been riped off by them in this way.
